Refund policy

Unfortunately due to the fact that our items are perishable foods, we cannot accept returns from any opened parcel for any reason due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.

Customised items cannot be returned. 

If you would like to return an unopened parcel, please email us at sweets@jazzysnackshack.co.uk All returned parcels must be received back with us within 14 days of them being delivered to you otherwise we will be unable to accept the return.

Please note that we cannot cancel an order for a gift card under any circumstances

Under no circumstances shall we issue a refund or accept a return due to personal preference factors which are completely out of our control (eg. you not liking a certain sweet, drink etc.)

Under no circumstances shall we accept returns of, or issue refunds for, items which are clearly stated to be past their best before date.

Once processed by us, refunds can take up to 14 working days to then appear back in your account.
